Every state can name its capital, but not Jerusalem

Germany and other countries know perfectly well that the United States embassy will be located in West Jerusalem, which is within the 1967 lines and which has no taint of so-called 'occupation'.
So they have absolutely no excuse for failing to move their embassies to Jerusalem, even if they stop short of the same recognition announcement as President Trump.
The truth is that whilst Germany and France were previously indebted to Arab oil, and then intimidated by Arafat's airline hijackers and Olympic terrorists - they now fear rioting in their streets by their new immigrants.

Give us the means to defend ourselves

The final battle between good and evil was supposed to take place at Mount Megiddo; in Hebrew it’s Har-Megiddo – which fell into slang as ‘Ar-mageddon.
But it increasingly seems the stage for this battle has been moved to Syria.

The evil ones went in with the excuse of ‘fighting ISIS’. But in truth they went in purely for their own nefarious and selfish purposes.
Russia, to prop up a tyrant and secure its first warm water naval base on the Mediterranean, now well entrenched at Tartus.
Iran to further close its encirclement of Israel – joining South Lebanon and Gaza and with only Jordan next in line to overthrow and destabilise.
And Turkey, whose Caliph Erdogan seems to want to slaughter as many Kurds as possible in the time still available.
Meanwhile the good guys in the West were genuinely there only to destroy ISIS and have every intention of disengaging. Two weeks ago, President Donald J Trump (and I truly never tire of typing that out) announced his intention to pull out the remaining 2,000 US troops from Syria within 6 months.
Whilst this news was not well received in Israel, you can’t really blame the US president for keeping his election promises about ending the decades-long haemorrhage of American blood and treasure in all parts of the world for very little tangible gain.
Israel has never asked nor expected Americans to lay down their lives in defence of the Jewish state. We just need to be assured always that we shall have the means to defend ourselves, including that most important QME (qualitative military edge) in the very latest technology.
This is a moment to invoke General Alexander Haig’s famous description of Israel as America’s largest aircraft carrier that cannot be sunk and does not carry even one American soldier. But, Mr President, all we ask is that you equip that carrier with the best, latest and finest defensive and offensive weaponry available on the planet.
And we ask you to repeal Obama’s tainted aid package -which starved Israeli homegrown defense industries of vital innovation capital - and replace it with what is actually needed and necessary to keep Israel at the very top of its game in the explosive Mid-East that you will be leaving behind.
We thank you Mr President for your bold recognition of Jerusalem as the eternal Jewish capital.
We now only ask that you help us keep it so.

HamasTiskabbell

As I prepare to return to rainswept Blighty after a splendid Pesach in Jerusalem, I reflect on the news stories which started in London with Corbyn, moved to Israel with the Gaza border riots and is now back to London – knife crime capital of the world – with the Jewish demonstration outside Labour Party HQ.
But of all the stories and video clips of this last ten days, the one that stood out for me was this group of Jewish students reciting Kaddish for dead Hamas infiltrators.
It was the worst possible publicity stunt by what most on social media have described as a bunch of morons.

On reflection they are no different to most of the Trump-hating Left who are in denial of the notion that pure evil actually exists in this world.

Whether it is terrorists or common burglars, or the illegal aliens they welcome into their American sanctuary cities, such snowflake liberals always assume that society is collectively responsible for the bad things these miscreants do. They truly do believe that any baddie can be rehabilitated to look and act just like we do.

These Kaddish-sayers seem to think that if Israel would only open the fence to Hamas, the people of Gaza would file through peacefully and be singing Kumbaya around kibbutz campfires by evening.

To these Kaddish-sayers, the massacres from Maalot to Munich and killers from Kozo Okamoto to Kuntar have no meaning other than that we made them do it.

There is no hope for these Kaddish-sayers until something happens to them or their own families, and they wake up to the fact that there really is such a thing as evil for its own sake.

A wise man was asked to define the term: Conservative.
He replied: that would be a Liberal who’s been mugged by reality.
These Kaddish-zuggers need such a mugging.

If it's not Jews - it's not news

What about the Workers ?

The Corbyn debacle goes from bad to worse. As I have previously stated, his behavior is I believe only the tip of a very ugly iceberg of UK antisemitism that has pervaded the chattering classes in politics, media and academia for many years.
Now Corbyn has poured even more fuel on the flames by attending a Passover ‘Seder’ hosted by Jewdas, a satirical group toxic to Israel and Jewish institutions.
He may be a racist, but Corbyn is far from stupid. His overriding objective right now is to broaden his support base in hopes Theresa May’s minority government will collapse and he will be swept to power. He has pretty much tied up the youth vote, which saved him from irrelevancy in last year’s snap election. He must firmly believe British students will remain loyal to him despite the racism row.
Corbyn must also believe that there are thousands of new votes for anti-Semitism, perhaps from the Far Right and immigrant groups. This would be most disconcerting.
But amid all the hullabaloo over this affair, there is one question which I don’t think has been asked: What about the workers??
The biggest funders of the Labour Party are the UK trades unions – without whose cash Corbyn would be out of business within days.
Unless I have missed something whilst watching this scandal unfold from abroad, British union leaders been totally silent over this affair.
Are we to assume they condone Corbyn’s behaviour? Are we to assume their silence speaks for their members, the teachers, railwaymen, postal workers, farmers and nurses?
Are these great British workers content to pay their union dues regardless of the racism it may be funding?
We need to hear from them, and soon.
