Has Europe Been Cursed ?

As a religious person I see divine intervention in all things and have learned that the G-d of Israel seeks His vengeance Middah K’Neged Middah. 

This principle was used to drown Pharaoh Ramses and his charioteers as the lex talionis for ordering the drowning of every newborn Jewish boy. 

There are many other examples throughout sc‎ripture and our very laws are built on proportional punishment, right down to the eye-for-an-eye.

Another divine principle is ואברכה מברכיך ומקללך אאר – that G-d will bless those who bless our people and will curse those who curse us.

The EU has been at the forefront of anti-Israel activism, supporting declarations of unilateral Palestinian statehood on sovereign Jewish land. Europe’s academia and trades unions are unashamed patrons of the world BDS movement. Their aims are twofold. To delegitimize Israel as a sovereign Jewish state and to destroy her economy with sanctions and discriminatory labelling of her exports.

How does the God of the Exodus judge a nation that denies the legitimacy of His people’s borders? Answer: He makes a mockery of their own borders.

How does the God of the Exodus judge a nation that seeks to destroy the economy of His people’s state?  Answer: He makes a mockery of their own money.

That’s my answer to “why this and why now?”   Middah K’Neged Middah.

Last year, at the height of his polling lead to win the UK general election, Jewish oppo‎sition leader Ed Milliband demanded that his Labour Party MPs must support a parliamentary vote to recognize 'Palestine' as an independent state. Against all predictions he lost the subsequent general election in a major upset. If that wasn’t enough, he has now been replaced by a Marxist oddball who is tipped to keep Labour out of power for a generation.

Is it a coincidence that the Labour party which was so anxious to recognise the PLO as a state now has a leader who doesn't accept the legitimacy of the English queen?

If, on the eve of that Palestine debate with Milliband on sure course to win the election, you would have presented this scenario as a crystal ball to Labour Party members they’d have laughed at you.

But He who laughs last is usually looking after the Jewish people.

As I write these lines, EU states are scrambling all over themselves for the most sought-after commodity ... razor wire fencing. How rich that these are the same people who excoriated the Jews for building a security fence which stopped 95 percent of terror attacks on our people.

May He laugh the longest.

The European Bufoons

Nowhere is the utter hopelessness of word leadership more starkly portrayed than in the sight of these two complete bufoons leading the EU and its foreign policy.

Herman van Rompuy is President of the EU.
Baroness Catherine Ashton is its first foreign minister.

No Wiki or other introduction of Mr Van Rompuy can possibly match that of UKIP leader Nigel Farage's withering reception for him in the European parliament chamber. A must-see HERE.

For Ashton, there is another Farage clip at the end of this blog entry which not only exposes her lack of any serious credentials for the job and the fact that she was never elected for anything in her little more than 10 years of political life ... but also reveals that she was a former treasurer of CND, the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament.

Is it right that such an unelected person should be in charge of the foreign policy agenda of 500 million people? 


That would be questionable in peacetime ... but with the mad ayatollahs of Iran now on the brink of nuclear weaponry it is breathtakingly reckless to see such a tainted naif taking such a critical role in negotiations with Iran's leadership whereby the late and limp sanctions only now starting to bite will be removed in exchange for worthless and unverifiable undertakings to refine uranium below the critical weapons-grade level.

The Farage clip below may not be new, but its message is as fresh today as it is critical with the P5+1 cave-in on Iran about to be signed-up in Istanbul. 

Also you can hardly miss the sheer bufoonery that is the EU parliament ... its finances in tatters and now weakening the security of the entire world.

Laughing all the way to the asylum

Poor British Home Secretary Theresa May ... 

She just can't seem to get around the EU human rights judges in expelling  Al Qaeda lieutenant Abu Qatada (far right picture) to face trial in Jordan for terrorist offences.

Like the hook-handed Finsbury Park hate preacher Abu Hamza, both have taken liberties with our freedoms and seen their families well settled in large homes rented at public expense and receiving their full entitlement of other state benefits.

These are the fruits of progressive liberalism which has robbed a once-proud and patriotic European continent of nations of their sovereignty  and self-determination and melted them into a union that is every bit as bankrupt as its currency.  It has reduced Churchill's once 'Battling Britain' to a shadow of its days of empire ... unable to stop evil people from coming in, and - once inside - unable to kick them out.

The Islamists must be howling with laughter at the way this entire continent has paralysed itself with its own freedoms.

In the beginning it was all about asylum seekers.

Now we truly ARE the asylum.

An Immoral Union

UK Prime Minister David Cameron wants to rid our streets of drunken teenagers by raising the price of cheap alcoholic drinks to a mandatory level.

However, this appears to break EU laws.

This is the same EU that prevents Britain from expelling convicted Islamic jihadists like Abu Qatada.

Sometimes I think the EU was dreamed up by a satanist cult.

We can openly see that its monetary system is bankrupt.

What lies beneath the surface is far uglier and will ultimately destroy the cultural identity and national pride of its member states.

The Case for EU-thanasia

Amid the banking crisis in Ireland, everyone's asking: "can the Euro survive?"

There is a well known Torah maxim: anything that is built on 'sheker' (lies) cannot subsist.

The whole monetary union enterprise was built on false accounting by individual states anxious to join the 'club' and reap all the goodies being handed out by the richer countries.

Well, those richer countries aren't so rich anymore. And they'll be a helluva lot poorer by the time they get to bailing out Spain ... for whatever that's worth.

Truth be told, the EU is as bankrupt morally as its currency is financially.  The European Commission is nothing more than a den of thieves, whose unelected apparatchiks grow rich on falsified expenses and claims for second and third homes.  I know a contractor who worked on the EU parliament buildings.  The greed of these grubbing mandarins is quite staggering.

No wonder its auditors are now in the 16th straight year of refusing to sign off the EU accounts.

All the austerity measures planned by the UK coalition government are but a drop in the bucket compared to the £20 billion a year which Britain could save by dumping the EU. What a breath of fresh air that would be ... and oh! to be finally free of their Human Rights industry and stifling employment legislation.

And as for its leadership .... well few could have put it better than the UK's MEP, Nigel Farage in this priceless haranguing of its newly unelected president ...
